Electrical Installation trainer/assessor
An electrical installation trainer/assessor is required by a highly established education provider in South Yorkshire.
They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Installation Tutor/Assessor to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future workforce by providing quality education and assessment to apprentices at levels 2 and 3 in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in electrical installation to apprentices at levels 2 and 3.
* Assess and evaluate apprentices' progress in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to apprentices, fostering an environment conducive to learning and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records of apprentices’ progress and achievements for reporting purposes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in electrical installation or a related field.
* Proven experience in teaching or assessing electrical installation at the further education level is desired. They would be able to put someone through an assessing award and teaching qualification on the job if needed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver, and assess teaching programs effectively.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
