Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Halifax
Pay Rate: £33 per hour
Hours: 37–42 hours per week, rotating shift pattern (includes nights)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer at their facility in Halifax for a 12-week contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of vital machinery on a busy shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance and repair of production machinery
*
Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
*
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
*
Ensuring machinery downtime is kept to a minimum
*
Working effectively within a team and supporting production needs
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an electrical maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
*
Strong understanding of electrical systems and control panels
*
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
*
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including early, afternoon, and night shifts)
*
Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
