£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE 70K) + Training + Progression + Optional Overtime + Days Only

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to come off the tools in a days-only supervisory role, working for an ambitious company offering internal progression routes into senior roles, in-house training to further boost your skillset and plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings?
Do you want responsibility, leading a team of electrical engineers in an industrial environment while reporting directly to the project manager?
On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that offers a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. In this role, you'll begin hands-on to learn company processes before coming off the tools and stepping into a supervisory role. You'll be responsible for a small team of engineers carrying out electrical installations and testing in a factory setting. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll oversee the team's work, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.
This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to come off the tools in a days-only, supervisory role with a company offering internal progression routes into senior roles, in-house training and plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost earnings.
The Role:
Supervising a small team of electrical engineers in a factory setting
Reporting directly to the Project Manager
