What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, both planned and reactive
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting expertise on electrical systems and equipment
Manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with H&S regulations, and maintain accurate records
Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technicians, promoting a safety-first culture
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for increased uptime and efficiency
Liaise with other departments (e.g., production, facilities, projects) to support operations and upgradesWhat You Bring:
