Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
£40,000 + £5,000 Guaranteed Bonus + Technical Training + Progression to Technical Manager + Qualifications Paid for + 23+8 Days Holiday
Office based commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Swindon, and the surrounding areas
Are you an Electrician from a Commercial or Industrial background with testing experience, looking to take a step off the tools and join a rapidly expanding business with a strong family culture, who will technically train you into the role as well as offering clear scope for progression to Technical Manager, and the opportunity to boost your earnings through a guaranteed bonus.

This role also involves training and developing electricians to enhance their skills while maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

The role is office based with occasional site visits and involves signing off electrical test certificates, training engineers, ensuring work quality, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Electrical Qualifying Supervisor will oversee compliance, conduct site checks, and provide technical support to the team.
The role would suit an Electrician from a commercial or industrial background with testing experience, looking to step off the tools into a supervisor role, or with prior supervising experience who is keen to develop their technical skillset and progress within a business.
