Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – Domestic & Social Housing
Location: West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, surrounding areas)
Salary: £42,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Pension, Tablet
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable and growing contractor working across the social housing and domestic sectors throughout the West Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician with supervisory experience to step into a leadership role and manage a team delivering kitchen and bathroom rewires, smoke alarm installations, and EICR testing/remedials across occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Supervising a team of electricians on domestic and social housing projects
*
Ensuring all works are carried out to NICEIC and BS7671 standards
*
Conducting site audits and toolbox talks
*
Supporting electricians with technical queries and quality control
*
Managing EICR programmes, rewires, and compliance installs
*
Liaising with tenants, housing officers, and internal teams
*
Using a tablet system for job tracking, reporting, and certification
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
*
2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing
*
ECS Card
*
Previous experience supervising electrical teams in the domestic/social housing sector
*
Full UK Driving Licence
