Electrical Supervisor – Long Bennington
Location: Long Bennington
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Long Bennington. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a range of electrical projects, ensuring high standards and compliance every step of the way.
Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
*
Oversee the daily operations of engineers and contractors, ensuring project goals and targets are met
*
Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, including supervision of both direct staff and subcontractors
*
Ensure timely completion and processing of electrical certification in line with company and client expectations
*
Monitor team performance, identifying and resolving any blockers to progress
*
Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials, equipment, and plant
*
Ensure all work is delivered to the highest health & safety standards and in compliance with regulations, including conducting site audits and producing reports

About You: What We’re Looking For
*
JIB Gold Card or equivalent NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
*
At least 5 years’ experience in the electrical sector
*
C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Experience with NICEIC, external audits, and ideally with Solar PV installation
*
Confident using IT systemsBefore You Apply
