The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical works, ensuring installation quality, safety, and efficiency across complex industrial projects.
Responsibilities
*
Supervise and manage all electrical installations on-site
*
Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and work schedules
*
Conduct regular inspections to verify safety, quality, and engineering standards
*
Monitor material requirements, liaise with the Site Chief, and manage site inventory
*
Track man-hour usage and productivity across electrical works
*
Produce and submit daily progress reports to the Site Chief
*
Identify and communicate site issues or material shortages to avoid delays
*
Investigate and resolve defects or incomplete works reported by the client
*
Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
*
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial project environments
*
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Prior experience in factory or industrial plant projects (preferred)
*
Valid equivalent CSCS card
*
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:30
