Are you ready to step into a high-impact role where technical expertise meets leadership? We’re looking for a skilled and proactive professional to lead the Test and Inspection operations for our Northern Region, reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
⚡ Leading electrical testing, inspection, discharge and lightning protection work across multiple sites
Carrying out repairs and overseeing safe operation of plant and electrical equipment
Coordinating third-party contractors to ensure safe and professional work practices
Producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments to uphold safety and compliance standards
Completing all admin duties accurately and on time—digitally or on paper
Keeping the Site Manager, National Supervisor and Technical Services Manager
informed of all performance and safety-related developments
Driving continuous improvement, assisting with audit compliance, and identifying new ways to enhance service delivery
You’ll also be part of a team that lives and breathes safety, quality, and customer service, supporting SHEQ performance and reporting all incidents, near misses, and successes to help build a safer workplaceBefore You Apply
