Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of electrical maintenance and site managing.
A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based in Isle of Wight, Newport.
The Role
As the Electrical Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
* Working on a Mon – Fri, 8am - 5pm, 1hr's lunch.
* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards.
* General maintenance duties as and when required – lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc.
* Site Admin, organising sun-contractors, tool box talks, H&S briefings as well as supporting the Contract Manager with client relationship management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Electrical Supervisor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* You will hold Electrical C&G’s or NVQ Level 2/3 (Essential), 17th or 18th Edition
* At least 4+ years experience working within commercial FM.
* Strong communication skills, to delegate work, as well as manage a client.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles
* To jump on the tools and support the team where needed to support the contract.
