Electrical Supervisor - Hyperscale Data Centre
📍 Eskilstuna, Sweden | 💶 €70,000-€85,000 + Rotation Package | 🔁 3:1 Rotation
A specialist M&E contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality builds in the pharma and industrial sectors has just broken into the hyperscale data centre market - and they're not messing about.
With multiple major wins already secured and a leadership team brought in from one of Europe's top GC players, this is your chance to get in early and set the standard on a €8 million electrical package in Sweden.
🛠 The Role
This isn't about filling a gap. You'll be joining a high-calibre delivery team from day one of a greenfield build - boots on the ground, crews mobilised, and a clear path to step into an Electrical Construction Manager role as the pipeline grows.
You'll report directly to a senior leader with 20+ years of data centre experience and help shape how this contractor delivers in the hyperscale space.
💷 What's on Offer
€70,000-€85,000 salary
3:1 rotation (3 weeks on, 1 week off)
Flights, accommodation & daily allowance included
Monday-Friday: 07:00-17:00 site hours
Accommodation provided (single occupancy)
Progression to Electrical Construction Manager on the table
Work alongside a Tier 1 GC on a flagship project
✅ What You'll Need
Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on data centre or pharma builds
Ability to lead from the front and manage crews in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The following must be in place:
Safe Pass / CSR
Manual Handling
Working at Heights
IPAF
Electrical trade qualification
Own tools
Two recent references
Up-to-date CV
