Job Description
Electrical Supervisor – Prime Residential & Heritage Projects (Belgravia / Mayfair / Kings Road)
We’re working with a respected electrical contractor known for delivering precision installations across some of London’s most prestigious postcodes — including Cadogan Square, Kings Road, and several sites within a 15-minute walk from Victoria Station. With a growing workload in high-end residential and heritage refurbishments, they’re looking to appoint a proven Electrical Supervisor to oversee delivery on site.
This role suits a hands-on, technically strong supervisor with experience in luxury residential or listed property projects. You’ll take responsibility for managing electricians and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring all works meet BS7671 and relevant H&S standards. Clear communication, the ability to interpret drawings, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
You'll also assist with EICRs, emergency lighting checks, and compliance reporting using the company's digital job management system. Ensuring that materials, labour, and deadlines are managed efficiently will be a key part of the role.
Requirements:

Gold ECS Card
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*
SSSTS or SMSTS
*
Strong background in high-end residential and/or heritage refurbishment
*
Excellent understanding of BS7671 and site compliance standards
