We are currently looking for an Electrician to work around the Brighton area on EICR's, repairs and maintenance within social housing. This role will start temporary at £23p/h with the opportunity to go on the books
The Electrical Tester will have to complete 3 tests a day using their skillset and they will be responsible for:
Completing EICR tests of full property's
Signing off electrical tests
Fault finding and fixing urgent C1 and C2 faults
Communicating and liaising with tenants
Travelling to different sites to conduct electrical tests
I am looking to speak to a Electrical Tester who:
Has experience doing electrical testing
Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
Have a 18th edition and 2391 or equivalent
In return, the Electrical Tester will receive:
£23 per hour - £38,000 annually
Company van and fuel card
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks with salary £40,000 after probation
