Near Cannock Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Internal Sales professional with a background in electrical wholesale? Looking for your next challenge with a well-established, reputable company?
We’re currently working with a leading electrical wholesaler based close to Cannock who are looking to bring an experienced Internal Salesperson on board. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful branch that values product knowledge, great customer service, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Providing technical support and accurate product information
Preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently
Working closely with the external sales team to maximise business opportunities
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trendsRequirements:
Proven experience in internal sales within the electrical wholesale sector is essential
Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and organised approach to sales and customer service
