Job Description

Electrician (Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance and Repair) required for permanent, full-time role in bristol £40,000-£60,000 ( including bonus ) per annum  Monday – Friday Fully expensed company van Overtime and shift allowance available Bonus paid on circuits tested over 45 daily - £2.70 Per extra circuit  Saturday and Sunday paid at £3.50 Per extra circuit ( The average bonus earned per week across 50 engineers - £450 )About the role Conduct electrical remedial works in commercial and industrial environments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices. Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, answer questions, and provide technical advice. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance technical skills. Provide routine maintenance of electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment. The right candidate A minimum of 3 years of experience City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing NVQ Level 3 in Electrics In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes. Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
