Actio Electronics Recruitment are assisting our Cranleigh based electronics manufacturing client with their search for an Electronics Production Technician to join their successful team.
About the Role
This role requires expertise in solder rework, assembly, testing, and fault diagnosis within micro-electronics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting circuit diagrams and have proven recent experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. If you're seeking a new challenge in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you!
Essential Requirements
* Ideally qualified to HNC/HND or equivalent in Electronics (preferred but not essential)
* Proficiency in soldering to IPC standards, including surface mount & through-hole soldering for 0201/0402 SMT components
* Experience in testing complex electronic products
* Advantageous: Reworking BGA devices
* Competency in Microsoft applications
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong communication skills
Working Hours
🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
