Job Overview
A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Electronics Design Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced ultra-low temperature (ULT) freezer systems. This role involves the full lifecycle of electrical and electronic system development, from concept through release, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze product requirements to define costs, timelines, and technical specifications for electronic systems using agile project methodologies.
Design, release, and maintain electrical and electronic components for ULT freezers, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and customer expectations.
Utilize FMEA analysis to manage risks and make fact-based decisions on design solutions.
Develop thorough testing procedures and produce clear technical documentation, including reports and manufacturing instructions.
Investigate and resolve failures in electrical/electronic systems, driving quality- and cost-focused improvements.
Support operations with system installation and continuous improvement efforts by monitoring current processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Qualifications
BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Extensive experience in the design and development of electrical/electronic products.Skills & Expertise
Strong experience in system, PCB, and cable harness design, including testing and troubleshooting.
Sound knowledge of compliance standards (UL, EMC) and safety regulations.
Experience with DFM, FMEA, and ISO 9001 design controls in a formal phase-gate product development process.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution style.
