KO2's client, a leader in scientific product development, is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their expanding team in the Livingston area. This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced electronics for scientific detectors, focusing on high-speed current detection, developing cutting-edge detectors, and sourcing optimized components for high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities:
Work on analogue and digital electronics, driving new product development.
Contribute to the design and optimization of detector systems to ensure maximum speed and reliability.
Collaborate on PCB design using Altium, and work within a team of four dedicated electronics engineers.Desired Skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an electronics engineer.
Broad experience in electronics design; FPGA and VHDL knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with embedded C and embedded software would be beneficial but is not essential.This is a full-time, onsite role based in lLivingston, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 for a 37.5-hour work week.
