Job Description
Embedded Software Engineer - £35-45k – Maidenhead – On-site
My client is an established company in their niche providing product development services for a range of sectors. Due to sustained success, they’re expanding their engineering team.
Main duties:
+ Developing bespoke firmware & software solutions
+ Staying on the cutting edge of technology by researching new techniques & technologies
+ Working across departments to integrate software & firmware with various platforms
Skills and Experience Required:
+ 2-4 years of experience working with medical devices/technology
+ Experience of OOP, embedded C/C++, and STM-32 microcontrollers (or similar)
+ Experience of BS EN 62304 medical device software
+ Experience with the full software development life cycle
Bonus:
+ Use of embedded systems; Arduino, Rasperry Pi, JTAG etc.
+ Bachelors in computer engineering, computer science, or relevant discipline
