They are looking for someone who can bring calm, confident HR support to their operational teams - particularly around casework, coaching, and policy guidance.
What you'll be doing:
You'll join a friendly and collaborative HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to managers across care, housing and support services. Your focus will be on supporting a range of employee relations matters and enabling managers to handle them effectively and empathetically.

Coaching managers through HR processes to ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
Supporting investigations and attending formal meetings as note-taker.
Providing guidance on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
Contributing to a positive, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture.
What you'll bring:
We're looking for someone who has already built up solid experience in a generalist or advisory HR role and who is confident handling ER casework independently.
You'll need:
Proven experience in an HR Advisory/generalist role.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
A calm, professional, and people-focused approach.
Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience within a regulated or care environment would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
What's on offer:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, purpose-led organisation where your HR expertise will be truly valued. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll benefit from:
Flexible and hybrid working
23+ days' annual leave plus bank holidays
Generous pension scheme & life assurance
Retail and leisure discounts
Subsidised on-site gym and restaurant
Free parking
