Reed Property & Construction have partnered with an energy Assessment and Building Regulations business that provides a unique level of service to their customer base.
They are looking to add an Energy Assessor to their team based in offices near to Melton Mowbray.
This is a small business of 15 staff but they are super friendly and engaging and will be growing a lot over the next 2 years.
They have already grown from 4 to 15 people in the last 3 years so this is expected to continue and create opportunity for their staff.
It is a great company, offering a great service to their customers and are based in a lovely work location.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in domestic or non-domestic energy assessments experience who wants to develop and gain further qualifications that the company will fund.
Salary = £30-35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
Conduct energy assessments in line with current regulations, including Part L, SAP, and thermal bridging.
Produce accurate Domestic EPCs and Energy Statements.
Perform Non-Domestic Energy Assessments across levels 3, 4, or 5, utilising SBEM and DSM.
Engage in continuous professional development to ensure up-to-date knowledge and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with the team to enhance assessment processes and methodologies.
Provide technical support and guidance on energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
This client is sensible and is not expecting the finished article straight away, but they do need someone with some relevant experience
Qualified as an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor or Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (levels 3, 4, or 5).
Experience in conducting Part O assessments and producing Energy Statements (desirable)
Proficient in using relevant tools and software for energy assessments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driver's licence required due to office location.
