Our client, a rapidly growing and well-established energy consultancy, is seeking a qualified energy assessor to join their team at their office location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident in building relationships with clients and colleagues
Experience writing sustainability reports and strategies is highly desirable
Familiarity with planning processes and Part L building regulations
Ideally be a qualified OCDEA and/or NDEAKey Responsibilities:
Carrying out SAP and SBEM calculations
Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning applications
Developing and maintaining strong client relationshipsWhat's on Offer:
