Electrical Engineering Trainer/Assessor 📍 Location: Berkshire | 💼 Full-Time | Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for developing others? About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Assessor to join our team and support apprentices and learners on their journey toward industry success. You'll play a crucial role in assessing learners' skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring they meet the standards required for their qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Assess and support learners working towards Electrical Engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQs, Apprenticeships) Deliver high-quality workplace visits and online assessments Monitor learner progress and provide guidance throughout their learning journey Ensure assessment practices comply with awarding body requirements Maintain accurate records and contribute to standardisation activities Support learners with employability and industry-related skills Requirements: Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Level 3 or higher) Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33) - or willingness to work towards Industry experience in electrical engineering or a related field Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and inspire learners of all backgrounds Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (if applicable) Desirable: Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, CertEd) Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding rules Why Join Us?
