We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Arbroath, currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff across the site
Plan and deliver engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Collaborate with production and operations teams to support business objectives
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance
Manage departmental budgets and resource planning effectivelyRequirements:
Proven experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
