We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teacher of Engineering and Physics to join our A Level department. What You'll Be Doing Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across Engineering and Physics subjects. Providing both hands-on and theoretical instruction to help students apply concepts to real-world contexts. Supporting students' academic and personal growth, encouraging them to achieve their full potential. Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that link theory with practice. Collaborating with colleagues to continually enhance the student learning experience. Contributing to student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression with tailored guidance and support. What We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated professional who: Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a relevant Degree (Essential). Has GCSEs in English and Maths. Is a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards qualification. Has up-to-date knowledge and experience in teaching Engineering. Demonstrates strong classroom and time management skills. Is confident with Information Learning Technology to create engaging teaching materials. Brings excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive education. Why Join Us?
