Role: Technology Teacher (Engineering) – Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £46,061 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025
A reputable independent education provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a full-time Teacher of Design Technology with an engineering focus to join them from September 2025.
This is a well-resourced department with specialist workshops, CAD suites, 3D printers, and CAM equipment. You’ll be teaching across KS3–KS5, with a focus on Product Design and Engineering at GCSE and A-Level. Engineering experience is a bonus, and there are plans to grow this area of the curriculum.
You’ll be part of a small, experienced team supported by full-time technicians. The school encourages collaborative teaching and is keen to see new ideas, especially in STEM and practical learning.
Key requirements:
* QTS or equivalent and a relevant degree
* Experience teaching Product Design at GCSE and A-Level
* Confident with CAD/CAM (Fusion 360 preferred)
* Interest and experience in Engineering
* Strong classroom practice and team player
