About The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a passionate English teacher who is eager to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a supportive English department in a school that values creativity, high standards, and student success.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
* Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the national curriculum
* Create an inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning environment
* Foster a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular life
Requirements:
* QTS
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student progress
* Experience as an English Teacher at secondary level
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
