Tradewind are recruiting! Are you looking for your next role teaching English in a school located in Walthamstow?
We are currently seeking a full-time Teacher of English to join a thriving secondary school based in Waltham Forest. This is an immediate start position running until the end of the summer term, with interviews taking place immediately - so don't delay!
This exciting opportunity involves teaching Key Stage 3 English, with additional responsibility for a Year 10 class. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated teacher who can engage and inspire students, promoting a love of literature and language while driving strong academic progress.
Role Requirements:
Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3, with the ability to deliver effective lessons to a Year 10 group.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that motivate students.Person Specification:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A relevant degree in English or a related subject.
