Permanent Teacher of English (KS4 Focus: Progress and Support) - Outstanding Southampton School (English Department)
An outstanding school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Permanent Teacher of English to join our supportive English Department, with a primary focus on maximizing student progress at Key Stage 4 (GCSE). You will play a crucial role in ensuring all students achieve their full potential in English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver well-structured and targeted English lessons primarily to Key Stage 4 students, with a focus on driving progress and raising attainment.
* Implement effective strategies for identifying and supporting students who require additional assistance in English at GCSE level.
* Contribute to the development of intervention programs and resources for KS4 English.
