Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for a new opportunity? A Supply Teacher who holds experience covering English lessons and looking to progress into a permanent specialist subject role?

The Role:
Based in an exciting, award-winning Secondary School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Lead English lessons for pupils in years 7-11 (Key Stages 3 and 4)
Work within an enthusiastic, engaging team of teaching staff

Requires the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Responsibility to support the English department with academic standards and targets
Qualifications and Requirements:
Engaging and professional personality with a strong knowledge of the English Curriculum, with ability to lead lessons at GCSE level.
Experience of teaching English, Tuition or a relevant English/Creative Writing based degree.
Ability to demonstrate pupil management and a professional, positive attitude.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Experience within curriculum development and assessment writing is advantageous.
A relevant teaching qualification is advantageous, however, not essential.
