Are you a highly effective and results-oriented English teacher with a passion for ensuring students achieve their full academic potential across all key stages, particularly at A-Level? Our Outstanding school in London is seeking a dedicated specialist to inspire and guide our students to unparalleled success in their English Language and Literature studies from Key Stage 3 to A-Level, commencing in September 2025.
In this crucial role, with a significant focus on Key Stage 5, you'll:
* Maximise Student Achievement: Be instrumental in ensuring excellent student outcomes in Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level English, equipping them with the sophisticated analytical and communicative skills required for top university placements and successful careers.
* Deliver Engaging and Rigorous Curriculum: Utilise your expertise to deliver well-structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the English curricula at all key stages, fostering deep understanding of complex literary concepts, linguistic theories, and advanced essay writing.
* Motivate and Support Learners: Work with a diverse group of students, fostering their critical understanding and providing the necessary support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject, with a particular emphasis on the independent research and analytical demands of A-Level.
