Role and Responsibilities: As an English Tutor, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to the needs of SEMH students.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to support students' emotional and academic development.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Qualities We Are Looking For:
* Empathy and Understanding: A genuine ability to connect with and understand the emotional needs of SEMH students.
* Patience and Resilience: The capacity to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
* Adaptability and Creativity: Innovative teaching methods to engage students and address their unique learning needs.

* Consistency and Structure: Providing a stable and predictable learning environment.

Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in English or Education.
* Experience working with SEMH or SEND students is highly desirable.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
