Job Description
JOB TITLE: Residential Property Sourcing Officer
LOCATION: Canterbury | Predominantly home working
SALARY: £15.60ph
TERM: 6 to 12 month project
HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
START: Immediately
Office Angels are proud to be working with this local employer in their search for a Residential Property Sourcing Officer. This is a pivotal project for 6 to 12 months, you will be predominantly working from home with the need to attend meetings and property viewings.
The purpose of this project is to source, view and negotiate the purchasing of properties across the Canterbury district inline with the guidelines of the project and budget restraints.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
To identify residential properties on the market that meet a given brief, with the aim of purchasing them
To build rapport with developers and estate agencies
To attend viewings and inspect properties against a brief
To negotiate prices to secure properties within budget
To liaise with internal teams to facilitate a smooth purchasing process, overseeing the property acquisition process through to completion
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Understanding of the process for purchasing accommodation
Good negotiation skills
Excellent organisation skills
Able to work using own initiative
Demonstrable experience of partnership working
Previous project management experience
Experience inspecting properties
