Job Description
Commercial Property Agent – OTE £100,000 to £150,000
We are looking for experienced Estate Agents/ Commercial agents who want to take their career to the next level, increase their earnings and work flexible hours to suit their lifestyle.
The Role
* Generate leads from commercial property owners
* Provide an accurate valuation and professional advice
* Implement a modern marketing strategy
* Negotiate on the clients behalf
* See the transaction through to a successful completion
We Provide
Training, support, marketing material, technology, systems, processes, and strategies. Everything you need to be successful.
Earnings
Receive 70% of the fees you generate. Based on an average fee of £12,000, you will earn £8,400 per transaction. So just 12 transactions per year will give an income of £100,000. Higher fees and more transactions will increase income dramatically. Uncapped earnings!
Suitable Candidate
Must have experience with sales, letting, and valuing commercial property.
