Construction Estimator – Leading Main Contractor – St Albans
Are you a detail-driven Estimator looking to join a forward-thinking main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the industrial, logistics, and data centre sectors?

* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
We're looking for:
* Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
* A strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
* Experience working on industrial, logistics, or similar large-scale projects (preferred)
