Job Description
Are you a Utilities Estimator looking to take the next step in your career with one of the country’s leading Civil Engineering companies? Are you looking for a position in a very buoyant EV Commercial Charging market with long term growth? If so, then read on!
Salary to £80k | Company Car or Allowance + Fuel card | Annual Bonus | Stakeholder Pension | Life Assurance | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Hybrid Working (Required to work from North West Office 1-2 days per week)
Estimator Key Essentials:
* Tender on commercial EV projects with values ranging from £250k - £5M (typically around the £1M mark) under bespoke forms of contract
* Organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the industry
* Responsible for all build ups and take off's taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works
* Investigating cost effective and / or alternative solutions
* Handover of tender files to the project team
Estimator Requirements:
✔ A minimum of 3 years Utility Estimating experience for a main contractor
✔ Good knowledge of Estimating Processes and Tender Buying
✔ Excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office Packages
