About the Role
As Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, producing accurate cost estimates that support successful project delivery. You will:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and agricultural construction projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documents to compile accurate pricing
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
* Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure clarity and feasibility of proposed works
* Assist in tender submissions and value engineering proposals
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Requirements
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
* Familiarity with a wide range of construction methods and materials
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or related disciplines preferred
