Cladding & Roofing Estimator
£45,000 - £48,000
Remote – UK Wide Applicants Welcome
I’m working with a successful and growing cladding and roofing business who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role and offers remote working, making it open to applicants based anywhere in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and proven experience specifically within the cladding and roofing sector. You’ll be responsible for the full estimating process – from initial enquiry through to final submission – and play a key role in supporting the business’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately estimate costs for cladding and roofing projects
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Support the commercial and project teams with technical input and pricing strategies
* Submit competitive tenders within tight deadlines
* Monitor project progress and update costs as required
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Estimator
* Specific experience in cladding and roofing is essential
* Strong knowledge of materials, systems, and industry practices
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Able to work independently in a remote setting
* Strong communication and IT skills
