Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a reputable and progressive building contractor in Deptford? We’re partnering with a well-established firm that prides itself on delivering high-quality construction solutions across new build, refurbishment, retrofit, maintenance, and fire safety projects—primarily for public sector clients, including housing associations and local authorities.
About the Role:
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the pre-construction process, working closely with the commercial and project delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, identifying project risks and opportunities, and contributing to successful tender submissions for a wide range of works across residential and public buildings.
