Estimator / Senior Estimator
Location: Birmingham
Are you an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a talented professional to join their Birmingham-based team and help shape the future of major residential developments across the Midlands.
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in developing competitive, well-considered tenders that win standout schemes primarily in student accommodation and high-value residential projects (up to £100m). You’ll enjoy solving commercial challenges, thinking strategically at the early stages, and working collaboratively with bid, design, and supply chain teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the construction industry
