Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: On site role
Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Undertaking take offs in preparation for cost estimates
- Preparing and reviewing Sub-contract enquires and material quotes
- Pricing of individual construction activities
- Submitting proposals for tenders
- Monitoring project costs, preparing valuations, remeasuring works on-site.
Skill Set
- Good IT skills including Microsoft excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Work in a team environment
UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
