Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Holiday Entitlement: 32 Days per year (AWR)

Job Description:
Resourcing Group is currently recruiting for a Court Cleaner to work at Bury St Edmunds County Court. This is a temporary, part-time role offering a 16:30 to 18:30 shift, Monday to Friday. The role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the court environment, ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the courtrooms and surrounding areas.
Ensure all areas are cleaned according to court standards, including wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Follow COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines to ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness of public and staff restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant authorities.
Skills & Requirements:
A good understanding of COSHH regulations.
Experience in cleaning, particularly in a commercial or public sector environment, is desirable but not essential.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
A Basic DBS Check is required for this role.
Must wear dark clothes and display ID at all times while on site.
