Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel who are looking for an Events & Groups Sales Manager to lead their busy team.

£3,000 achievable bonus

Our client is one of Basingstoke best hotels, offering modern bedrooms, beautiful meeting & event spaces, and leisure and spa facilities.
As part of a large group of hotels, there's plenty of room for future career progression.
What's involved?
You will oversee a team of two Sales Executives, and will be responsible for coordinating all group bedroom bookings, events & weddings across the hotel. You'll maximise revenue and be responsible for forecasting business on the books.
This is largely a reactive sales role, as you will be supported by a Group Business Development Manager.
Previous experience in a Hotel Sales role is essential.
