Roles & Responsibilities Strategic * Contribute to initiatives that enhance nursing practices and patient safety. * Support development of protocols to improve care quality and operational efficiency. * Drive high staff engagement and patient experience. * Promote nurse empowerment through the Nursing Professional Practice Model. Operational * Deliver high-quality care, especially in complex cases. * Manage workflow and mentor junior nurses. * Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and evaluate patient outcomes. * Meet Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program requirements (20 points in 4+ categories annually). * Use the nursing process to provide age-specific care from admission to discharge. * Educate patients/families in alignment with care plans, respecting privacy, dignity, and culture. * Precept new hires/trainees and provide feedback on progress. * Respond effectively to emergencies using evidence-based practices. * Perform nursing procedures with attention to safety, accuracy, and comfort. * Support exclusive breastfeeding in line with Saudi MoH's 10 Steps to Successful Breastfeeding.
