Location: Primary School, Horsham
Position: Learning Support Assistant (SEN Experience Required)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Starting at £89 per day
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Learning Support Assistant to bring their enthusiasm and expertise to our team, supporting our amazing pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
What You'll Do:
* Be a Hero: Provide one-on-one and small group support to our fantastic pupils with SEN.
* Make a Difference: Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and watch your efforts transform lives.
* Team Up: Support classroom teachers in creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
* Grow Together: Help pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development, and celebrate their successes.
* Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.

* Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN.
