You'll work closely with exhibition stand designers, creative agencies, and internal production teams to bring concepts to life. You'll also play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, building relationships that lead to long-term success.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts-starting with smaller projects and progressing to larger, high-profile events
Collaborate with clients to understand goals and develop AV-led exhibition stand concepts
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry engagement
Analyse sales trends and client data to drive growth
Liaise with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Skills
Minimum 2 years' account management experience in the exhibition or live events sector
Strong understanding of technical AV production and event technology
Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), PowerPoint/Keynote, and Microsoft Office
Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven approach to decision-making
Occasional weekend work as required by event schedules
