The Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step straight into a warm desk with the freedom to run your market your way. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment process

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates

Negotiate terms and manage offers to placement
*
Hit revenue and activity KPIs with a clear route to promotion
*
Mentor junior consultants (optional depending on experience)
*
Represent the company at events, meetings, and client visits
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (any sector)

Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen

Proven billing track record and a hunger to grow

Motivated by success, money, and career progression

Resilient, driven, and proactive in generating business
