Develop and lead implementation of technical systems and standards
Explore and integrate BIM workflows and AI applications to improve efficiency
Act as Principal Designer with strong understanding of CDM regulations and H&S compliance
Mentor team members and enhance overall technical capability
Lead efficient, commercially aware project delivery across multiple schemes
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teamsIdeal Candidate
Qualified Architect or Technologist with substantial experience in a technical or delivery-focused role
Proven leadership skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
Experience designing to high thermal efficiency standards (e.g. Passivhaus)
Strong expertise in BIM and interest in AI innovation in architecture
Excellent technical knowledge of detailing, construction, and UK regulations
Supportive team player and skilled communicator
Proficient in 3D CAD and confident in hand sketching
Calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
