Job Description

Your key responsibilities will be:
As a Export Administrator you will be excited and proud to be working for a unique and well established family owned business supporting the business and its owner.
You will be obtaining quotations from couriers, overnight transport, and freight forwarders for Air/Sea/Road shipments and then arranging the bookings. Inputing export worksheets and despatching export samples. Liaising with TNT, FedEx to investigate delayed and missing shipments and dealing with any fleet related telephone calls and emails, making sure they get dealt with in a timely manner. Also staying informed about any changes in export regulations and compliance requirments and attend DGSA courses as directed.

Required skills
* Proven experience in export administration
* Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations
* Clear and concise written communication
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High level of accuracy and quality in all written work
* Ability to persevere and honor commitments to clients
* Ability to execute with urgency
