Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Manchester, M11
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: £127.50 to £187.50 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Reeson Education is seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in the heart of M11, Manchester. This is a full-time, long-term EYFS Teacher position to start as soon as possible, ideal for a confident and passionate EYFS Teacher who thrives in a child-centred, play-based learning environment.
The successful EYFS Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons within a well-resourced Early Years setting. You'll be supported by an experienced team and SLT who value creativity, inclusivity, and consistency. This EYFS Teacher role offers stability, progression, and the opportunity to make a real impact at a crucial stage in children's development.
Key Responsibilities for the EYFS Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Framework
* Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment
* Track and assess children's progress through observations and learning journals
* Support the development of communication, early literacy and numeracy skills
* Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Work closely with EYFS staff to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach
The Ideal EYFS Teacher Will:
* Be an experienced or newly qualified EYFS Teacher with strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* Be passionate about early childhood development
* Be confident managing a range of needs and behaviours within the classroom
* Be creative, proactive, and dedicated to providing a safe and joyful learning space
* Be committed to long-term teaching and contributing to whole-school life
EYFS Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* References covering the last 2-3 years
* Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
